摘　　要：目的探究老年糖尿病合并支气管哮喘患者实施控糖治疗中应用二甲双胍与格列美脲片的安全性。方法回顾性选取2023年1月—2024年4月泉州市第一医院收治的110例老年糖尿病合并支气管哮喘患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法的不同分为两组,各55例。对照组单纯应用二甲双胍治疗,研究组应用格列美脲片联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组控糖效果、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗3个月后,研究组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论格列美脲片联合二甲双胍治疗老年糖尿病合并支气管哮喘患者,控糖效果更佳,临床疗效显著且未增加不良反应发生风险。Objective To explore the safety of metformin and glimepiride tablets in the treatment of elderly with bronchial asthma.Methods The clinical data of 110 elderly with bronchial asthma admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2023 to April 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin alone,and the study group was treated with glimepiride tablets combined with metformin.The glucose control effect,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the levels of glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Glimepiride tablets combined with metformin in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with bronchial asthma has better glucose control effect,significant clinical effect and no increase in the risk of adverse reactions.
