T2DM合并脑血栓后遗症患者常规控糖基础上加入益气养阴汤的作用效果

摘　　要：目的探究在2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)合并脑血栓后遗症患者治疗中基于常规控糖方案加入益气养阴汤的作用价值。方法选取2022年1月—2023年6月吉林省双辽市中心医院收治的60例T2DM合并脑血栓后遗症患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为对照组(二甲双胍治疗)、研究组(二甲双胍与益气养阴汤联合治疗),各30例。对比两组糖代谢指标、中医证候积分、胰岛功能。结果治疗90 d后,研究组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖及中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗90 d后,研究组胰岛β细胞功能指数高于对照组,胰岛素抵抗指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论T2DM合并脑血栓后遗症患者在常规控糖与针灸治疗基础上联用益气养阴汤,糖代谢控制效果更佳,中医证候积分及胰岛功能均明显改善。Objective To investigate the value of adding Yiqi Yangyin Decoction based on the conventional glucose control regimen in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)combined with cerebral thrombotic sequelae.Methods From January 2022 to June 2023,60 patients with T2DM complicated with cerebral thrombosis sequelae admitted to Shuangliao Central Hospital of Jilin Province were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(metformin treatment)and study group(metformin combined with Yiqi Yangyin Decoction),30 cases in each group.The glucose metabolism indexes,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and islet function were compared between the two groups.Results After 90 days of treatment,fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,2-hour postmeal blood glucose and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 90 days of treatment,the isletβcell function index of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the insulin resistance index was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional glucose control and acupuncture in the treatment of patients with T2DM complicated with cerebral thrombosis sequelae,the combination of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction has a better effect on glucose metabolism control,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and islet function are significantly improved.
