2型糖尿病治疗中甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈的应用安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病应用甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗的临床有效性。方法选取2023年2月—2024年2月临沂市经济技术开发区人民医院收治的92例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方式分为两组,各46例。对照组采用甘精胰岛素治疗,研究组采用甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗。比较两组血糖情况、胰岛素剂量、血糖达标时间、胰岛素情况、不良反应发生率。结果研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素剂量、血糖达标时间、空腹胰岛素、胰岛β细胞功能指数、胰岛素抵抗指数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病能改善患者的血糖水平,降低胰岛素使用量,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 92 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Linyi Economic and Technological Development Zone People's Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin glargine,and the study group was treated with insulin glargine combined with repaglinide.The blood glucose status,insulin dose,blood glucose compliance time,insulin status,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,insulin dose,blood glucose compliance time,fasting insulin,isletβcell function index and insulin resistance index in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can improve the blood glucose level of patients,reduce the amount of insulin used,and has high safety.
