门冬胰岛素30联合沙格列汀治疗老年2型糖尿病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨门冬胰岛素30联合沙格列汀治疗老年2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2024年3月建湖县妇幼保健院收治的92例老年2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为两组,各46例。对照组予以门冬胰岛素30治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联用沙格列汀治疗。比较两组血糖指标、胰岛功能、脂蛋白水平及体重指数。结果治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胰岛素抵抗指数低于对照组,胰岛β细胞功能指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组脂蛋白a及体重指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对老年2型糖尿病患者予门冬胰岛素30联合沙格列汀治疗可改善血糖指标水平,减轻胰岛素抵抗,提升胰岛功能,并有良好的减轻体重作用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of insulin aspart 30 combined with saxagliptin in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Jianhu County Maternal&Child Health Care Hospital from January 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin aspart 30,and the observation group was treated with saxagliptin on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose indexes,islet function,lipoprotein level and body mass index were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the homeostasis model assessment-βwas higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the lipoprotein a and body mass index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of insulin aspart 30 combined with saxagliptin in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes can improve the level of blood glucose indexes,reduce insulin resistance,improve islet function,and have a good weight loss effect.
