摘　　要：目的探究血液透析滤过治疗对糖尿病肾病患者糖代谢的影响。方法选取2023年2月—2024年6月中国人民解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院收治的118例糖尿病肾病患者,按照治疗方式的不同进行分组,对照组(n=59)采取常规血液透析治疗,观察组(n=59)采取血液透析滤过治疗,对比两组糖代谢水平、营养状态、并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平均有所下降,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清白蛋白、前白蛋白水平均高于治疗前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析滤过治疗能够有效改善患者糖代谢水平,提升患者营养状态,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of hemodiafiltration treatment on glucose metabolism in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 118 diabetic nephropathy admitted to the 73rd Army Group Hospital of the PLA from February 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(n=59)was treated with routine hemodialysis treatment and the observation group(n=59)was treated with hemodialysis treatment.The glucose metabolism level,nutritional status and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c levels in both groups were decreased,and observation group were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,serum albumin and prealbumin levels in both groups were higher than before treatment,and observation group were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemodiafiltration treatment can effectively improve glucose metabolism levels and enhance the nutritional status of patients,reducing the incidence of complications.
