金天格胶囊联合阿法骨化醇软胶囊治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评估金天格胶囊与阿法骨化醇软胶囊联用对糖尿病性骨质疏松的治疗效果。方法回顾性选取2021年5月—2023年12月盐城市大丰人民医院骨科收治的80例糖尿病性骨质疏松症患者的临床资料,按不同的治疗方法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采用阿法骨化醇软胶囊治疗,研究组采用金天格胶囊联合阿法骨化醇软胶囊干预,比较两组血糖水平、不同部位骨密度、骨代谢指标。结果治疗后,研究组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,腰椎_(1~4)、股骨颈、股骨大转子的骨密度均高于对照组,Ⅰ型前胶原氨基末端肽、骨钙素、胶原降解产物、骨碱性磷酸酶水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对糖尿病性骨质疏松症患者应用金天格胶囊联合阿法骨化醇软胶囊治疗效果显著,能提升骨密度,改善骨代谢水平。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Jintiange capsule combined with alfacalcidol soft capsule on diabetic osteoporosis.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with diabetic osteoporosis admitted to the Department of Orthopedics in Yancheng City Dafeng People's Hospital from May 2021 to December 2023 was retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alfacalcidol soft capsule,and the study group was treated with Jintiange Capsule combined with alfacalcidol soft capsule.The blood glucose level,bone mineral density and bone metabolism indexes of different parts were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the bone mineral density of lumbar spine 1-4,femoral neck and greater trochanter of femur in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of type I procollagen amino terminal peptide,osteocalcin,collagen degradation products and bone alkaline phosphatase in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Jintiange Capsule combined with alfacalcidol soft capsule has a significant effect on diabetic osteoporosis patients,which can improve bone mineral density and improve bone metabolism level.
