摘  要:目的探究补充维生素D对≥6岁支气管哮喘患儿肺功能及血清免疫球蛋白、半乳糖凝集素3(Gal-3)、白细胞介素-17A(IL-17A)水平的影响。方法选取2019年12月—2022年12月秦皇岛市第一医院诊治的150例≥6岁支气管哮喘患儿作为对照组,行常规治疗;选取2023年5月—2024年5月秦皇岛市第一医院诊治的150例≥6岁支气管哮喘患儿作为研究组,行维生素D补充治疗。比较两组临床疗效、哮喘急性发作次数及症状体征消失时间,并对两组肺功能[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/FVC、最大呼气峰流速(PEF)]、血清免疫球蛋白[免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)、免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)、免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)]、气道炎症指标痰液呼出气一氧化氮(Fe NO)值及血清Gal-3、IL-17A水平进行治疗前、治疗3个月后对比。结果研究组治疗总有效率94.67%,比对照组的84.00%高(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后哮喘急性发作次数比对照组少,各症状体征消失时间比对照组短(P均<0.05)。两组治疗后FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC、PEF比治疗前高,且研究组比对照组高(P均<0.05)。两组治疗后Ig E比治疗前低,Ig A、Ig G比治疗前高,且研究组优于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组治疗后Fe NO、Gal-3、IL-17A比治疗前低,且研究组比对照组低(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补充维生素D可改善≥6岁支气管哮喘患儿肺功能、免疫球蛋白及血清Gal-3、IL-17A水平,降低机体炎症反应,提升疗效。Objective To investigate the effects of vitamin D supplementation on lung function,immunoglobulin and serum galectin 3(Gal-3)and interleukin17A(IL-17A)levels in children≥6 years old with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 150 children≥6 years old with bronchial asthma treated in the First Hospital of Qinhuangdao City from December 2019 to December 2022 receiving routine treatment were selected as the control group;150 children≥6 years old with bronchial asthma who were treated in the First Hospital of Qinhuangdao City from May 2023 to May 2024 and received vitamin D supplement therapy were selected as the study group.The clinical efficacy,the number of acute asthma attacks and the disappearance time of symptoms and signs were compared between the two groups.The pulmonary function[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),FEV_(1)/FVC,maximum peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)],immunoglobulin[immunoglobulin E(IgE),immunoglobulin A(IgA),and immunoglobulin G(IgG)],exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)and serum Gal-3 and IL-17A levels were compared in the two groups before and after 3 months of treatment.Results The study group had higher total effective rate than the control group(94.67%vs 84.00%)(P<0.05).The number of acute attacks of asthma in the study group was smaller,and the disappearance time of symptoms and signs was shorter(both P<0.05).FVC,FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC and PEF were higher after treatment,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgE in both groups were lower than those before treatment,while the levels of IgA and IgG were higher than those before treatment;the study group was better than the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FeNO,Gal-3,and IL-17A in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactio
