大庆油田二类油层化学驱后封存储量有效开发方式研究

摘  要:大庆油田二类油层划分为3~6套层系,部分区块首套层系已完成化学驱并上返到第二套层系,首套层系储量被封存。为确定二类油层化学驱后封存储量释放方式,以B1D东块为例,应用虚拟布井方法和盈亏平衡原理研究了化学驱后注采井距和层系组合厚度界限,确定利用老井释放封存储量,合理井距为200~250 m。设计了3套井网调整方案,通过对比优选,确定利用二次加密井释放封存储量,开采对象为萨Ⅱ10~萨Ⅲ10所有油层及二次加密井网原射孔的萨Ⅰ和葡Ⅱ油层,采用分期射孔方式。应用数值模拟研究释放封存储量的时机,补孔越早,最终采收率越高。应用盈亏平衡原理研究经济极限含水率,产液量和油价越高则经济极限含水率越高;二次加密井补孔越早,经济极限含水率越高,目前含水率条件下补孔,经济极限含水率可达98.7%。B1D东块试验6口井,平均单井日增液29.3 t,日增油1.25 t,含水率下降1.0个百分点。该开采方式在大庆油田4个区块推广应用,实施补孔545口,平均单井日增油1.0 t,含水率下降0.7个百分点,取得了较好的效果,具有广阔的应用前景。Series of strata in classⅡreservoir of Daqing Oilfield are divided into 3~6 sets.The chemical flooding of the first set of layers in some blocks is completed,and the second set of layers start chemical flooding,resulting the reserve of the first set of layers is sealed.In order to determine the developing method of sequestration reserve after chemical flooding in classⅡreservoir,taking B1D East block as an example,we use the virtual well pattern design and the break-even principle to study injection-production well spacing and thickness limit of layers combination after chemical flooding,determining that using old wells releases sequestration reserve and the reasonable well spacing is 200~250 m.Three well pattern adjustment schemes were compared and optimized to determine sequestration reserve is released using secondary infill well.Staged perforation is used to exploit all oil layers from SaⅡ10 to SaⅢ10 and SaⅠand PuⅡoil layers with original perforation of the secondary infill well pattern.Numerical simulation is used to study the releasing time of sequestration reserve,the earlier the perforation adding time is,the higher the ultimate recovery factor is.Using the break-even principle to study economic limit water cut,the higher the liquid production and oil price are,the higher the economic limit water cut is;the earlier the perforation adding time of secondary infill well is,the higher the economic limit water cut is.Perforation adding is done under current water cut,the economic limit water cut can reach 98.7%.6 wells were tested in B1D East Block,average daily liquid rate increased by 29.3 t per well,daily oil rate increased by 1.25 t,and water cut decreased by 1.0 percentage point.Test wells have been popularized and applied in 4 blocks of Daqing Oilfield.545 wells added perforation,average daily oil rate increased by 1.0 t per well,water cut decreased by 0.7 percentage point,which achieves good results and has broad application prospects.
