摘 要:探究防熔融金属飞溅织物的防护机理,并对其影响因素进行试验分析。通过对熔融金属的特性以及织物在熔融金属作用下力学作用与热传递作用的分析,揭示了熔融金属飞溅的防护机理。测试了不同织物的抗熔融金属冲击性,从纤维原料和织物组织两方面进行了相关分析。试验结果表明:纤维种类是影响织物抗熔融金属冲击性的主要因素,其次是织物组织;织物紧度越大、组织系数越小,织物的抗熔融金属冲击性越好;织物厚度的影响不明显。认为:防熔融金属飞溅性能的关键在于实现面料的滑脱性与隔热性;从纤维配伍、织物紧度与组织结构三方面综合考虑,可提升面料的滑脱性,从而实现高等级熔融金属飞溅防护服的开发。The protective mechanism of molten metal splashing protection fabric was explored.Its influencing factors were experimented and analyzed.By analyzing the characteristics of molten metal and the mechanical&heat transfer effects of fabrics under the action of molten metal,the protective mechanism against molten metal splashing was revealed.The impact resistance against molten metal of different fabrics were tested.Relative analyses were performed from fiber raw materials and fabric weave.The experimental results showed that fiber category was the main element affecting the impact resistance of fabrics against molten metal,fabric weave was secondary factor.The greater the tightness was and the smaller the tissue coefficient was,the better the impact resistance of fabrics to molten metal was.The effect of thickness on fabrics was not obvious.It is considered that the key to resistance with molten metal splashing was to realize slippage and thermal insulation of fabric.Fabric slippage could be improved by comprehensively considering from three aspects including fiber compatibility,fabric tightness,and fabric weave.Then the development of high grade protective clothing against molten metal splashing could be realized.
