摘 要:探讨气凝胶纤维制备及其智能纺织品的应用进展。分别介绍了无机气凝胶纤维、有机气凝胶纤维和复合气凝胶纤维及其制备方法、基本性能等,并对气凝胶纤维在智能电子纺织品领域的应用及发展作了详细描述,阐述了其在智能个体热管理、可穿戴储能、生物医用、传感等方面的技术发展和相关研究。指出:气凝胶纤维的连续生产及工业化仍然存在挑战,增强气凝胶纤维的力学性能是研究的重点。认为:随着材料和制造技术的不断进步,气凝胶纤维的发展将稳步飞跃,成为多个领域未来发展的重点。The preparation of aerogel fiber and its intelligent textiles application progress were discussed.Preparation and basic property of inorganic aerogel fiber,organic aerogel fiber and composite aerogel fiber their preparation method were introduced.Application and development of aerogel fiber in intelligent electronic textiles were introduced in details.Its technology development and related research in intelligent individual thermal management,wearable energy storage,biomedicine,sensing were introduced.It was pointed out there was challenges in continuous production and industrialization of aerogel fiber.The mechanical property of reinforced aerogel fibers were the focus of research.It is considered that with the continuous advancement of materials and manufacturing technology,the development of aerogel fiber will leap steadily and become the focus of future development in many fields.
