摘　　要：在梳理既有研究成果的基础上,将农村集体经济收益分配的制度变迁划分为发展构建、调整落实、转型巩固与创新激活等4个时期,总结各地围绕为谁分配、谁来分配、如何分配和监督管理等4个问题开展的实践探索工作。既有研究不仅发现农民的直接获得感不强、股权设置和管理机制仍待优化、农村集体经济组织经营管理能力不足等问题仍待解决,而且从治理机制、股权设置与管理机制、经营管理能力等方面提出了优化路径。未来研究应深入挖掘收益分配虚化问题存在的制度根源,设计解决收益分配虚化问题的思路和举措,并注重防范农村集体经济异化为“干部经济”。This paper reviews the existing research on the institutional evolution of income distribution in rural collective economy,which is divided into four periods:development and construction,adjustment and implementation,transformation and consolidation,and innovation and activation.It summarizes the practical exploration carried out in various regions concerning the four key questions:who should receive the distribution,who should be responsible for the distribution,how to distribute the income,and how to supervise and manage the process.The existing research has identified several issues that remain unresolved,including the weak direct sense of gain among farmers,the need for optimization of stock right setting and management mechanism,and deficiencies in management capabilities.Moreover,it has proposed pathways for optimization of governance mechanisms,stock right settings and management mechanism,and management capabilities.Future research should delve into the institutional roots of the issue of illusory income distribution,design strategies and measures to address this issue,and pay close attention to preventing the transformation of rural collective economy into a“cadre economy.”
