摘　　要：国际工程项目使用的银行保函作为独立的担保工具,具有单据性、独立性、不可撤销性等特点。承包商在保函的三方关系中承担了最大的风险压力,因承包商银行保函管理不当产生的风险事件屡见不鲜,本文分析承包商银行保函管理方面存在的主要风险,并就如何完善管理防控风险提出建议。The bank guarantee used in international engineering projects as an independent guarantee tool has the characteristics of documentary,independent,and irrevocable.Contractors bear the greatest risk pressure in the tripartite relationship of guarantees,and risk events caused by improper management of contractor bank guarantees are not uncommon.This article analyzes the main risks in the management of contractor bank guarantees and proposes suggestions on how to improve management and prevent risks.
