摘 要:新时代大学生奋斗精神包括脚踏实地的实干精神、矢志不渝的拼搏精神、锐意进取的创新精神、居安思危的斗争意识、克己奉公的奉献精神。然而新时代大学生奋斗精神培育面临多重挑战,主要表现为大学生奋斗精神的认识屏障,网络“丧文化”的冲击,朋辈群体萎靡不振价值观的侵蚀。基于此,高校可以利用课堂教学全面阐释奋斗精神的多重含义,通过警惕网络“丧文化”的侵袭、营造积极向上的朋辈圈子、优化课堂教学和学生自学环境,共同提升大学生奋斗精神培育的质效。The struggle spirit of college students in the new era contains the down-to-earth spirit of hard work,the spirit of perseverance,the innovative spirit of forging ahead,the consciousness of struggle and the dedication of self-restraint and public service.However,the cultivation of college students struggle spirit faces multiple challenges in the new era,which are mainly manifested as the cognitive barrier of college students struggle spirit,the impact of the network“loss culture”,and the erosion of the peer group s flagging values.Based on this,colleges and universities can fully explain the multiple meanings of the spirit of struggle through classroom teaching;College students should be alert to the invasion of the network“loss culture”;League cadres take the lead in creating positive peer circles;School officials actively optimize classroom teaching and students self-study environment,and jointly improve the quality and effectiveness of the cultivation of college students spirit of struggle.
