摘　　要：目的探究增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(proliferative diabetic retinopathy,PDR)的影响因素。方法选取2022年8月—2023年8月罗源县妇幼保健院收治的88例PDR患者为PDR组,选取同期收治的88例非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy,NPDR)患者为NPDR组。单因素分析NPDR组与PDR组临床资料的差异,并开展二元Logistic回归分析PDR发生的影响因素。结果两组性别、饮酒史、体重指数、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。两组年龄、高血压史、吸烟史、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、血清补体C1q水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。二元Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、高血压史、吸烟史、空腹血糖、血清补体C1q均为PDR发生的影响因素。结论年龄、高血压史、吸烟史、空腹血糖、血清补体C1q为PDR发生的影响因素。Objective To explore the influencing factors of proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR).Methods A total of 88 patients with PDR admitted to Luoyuan County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the PDR group,and 88 patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR)admitted during the same period were selected as the NPDR group.The difference of clinical data between NPDR group and PDR group was analyzed by univariate analysis,and the influencing factors of PDR were analyzed by binary Logistic regression.Results There were no significant differences in gender,drinking history,body mass index,total cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol between the two groups(all P>0.05).There were significant differences in age,history of hypertension,smoking history,glyclated hemoglobin A1c,fasting blood glucose and serum complement C1q levels between the two groups(all P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that age,history of hypertension,smoking history,fasting blood glucose and serum complement C1q were the influencing factors of PDR.Conclusion Age,history of hypertension,smoking history,fasting blood glucose and serum complement C1q were the influencing factors of PDR.
