阿卡波糖片结合瑞格列奈治疗社区老年2型糖尿病患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析阿卡波糖片、瑞格列奈相结合的方式治疗社区老年2型糖尿病的效果。方法选取2023年2月—2024年2月沂河新区相公中心医院收治的96例老年2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为两组,各48例。对照组进行阿卡波糖片治疗,观察组进行阿卡波糖片结合瑞格列奈治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血糖指标水平、胰岛指标水平、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组空腹C肽水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组;两组空腹胰岛素水平、胰岛素抵抗指数均降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿卡波糖片与瑞格列奈相结合治疗2型糖尿病老年患者,可提高临床疗效,改善血糖水平、胰岛功能,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the effect of acarbose tablets combined with repaglinide in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the community.Methods A total of 96 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Xianggong Center Hospital in Yihe New District from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acarbose tablets,and the observation group was treated with acarbose tablets combined with repaglinide.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose index levels,islet index levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting C-peptide levels of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,fasting insulin level and insulin resistance index decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Through the combination of acarbose tablets and repaglinide in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,the clinical efficacy is improved,the blood glucose level and islet function are improved,and the safety is high.
