胰岛素泵皮下持续注射对2型糖尿病合并胃癌患者血糖波动的影响

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病合并胃癌患者接受胰岛素泵皮下持续注射的效果。方法选取2022年7月—2023年6月联勤保障部队第910医院肿瘤内科收治的100例2型糖尿病合并胃癌患者,根据不同的治疗方法分为对照组、观察组,各50例。对照组采取常规胰岛素笔皮下注射,观察组采取胰岛素泵皮下持续注射。对比两组血糖波动情况、血糖达标时间、不良反应发生率。结果干预后,观察组最大血糖波幅、餐后血糖波幅和平均血糖波幅均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,观察组血糖达标时间高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病合并胃癌的治疗中,胰岛素泵皮下持续注射和常规胰岛素笔皮下注射均具有较高安全性,但胰岛素泵皮下持续注射可达到更为显著的血糖控制效果。Objective To analyze the effect of continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pump in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with gastric cancer admitted to the Department of Oncology in the 910th Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given subcutaneous injection of conventional insulin pen,and the observation group was given continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pump.The blood glucose fluctuation,blood glucose compliance time and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the maximum blood glucose amplitude,postprandial blood glucose amplitude and average blood glucose amplitude in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After intervention,The blood glucose compliance time in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pump and conventional subcutaneous injection of insulin pen have high safety in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with gastric cancer,but continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pump can achieve more significant blood glucose control effect.
