基于移动终端的4C护理模式在糖尿病视网膜病变患者居家自护中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于移动终端的4C护理模式在糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)患者居家自护中的应用效果。方法选取2022年6月—2023年12月徐州医科大学附属医院收治的80例DR患者为研究对象,根据不同的护理方法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于移动终端的4C护理模式。比较两组糖尿病自我管理行为评分、疾病知识掌握程度、生存质量评分以及血糖水平。结果护理后,观察组糖尿病自我管理行为评分、疾病知识掌握程度、生存质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论基于移动终端的4C护理模式能有效提高患者的自我管理水平,提高其居家自护能力,改善其生存质量,并对血糖和视力产生积极影响。Objective To explore the application effect of 4C nursing mode based on mobile terminal in home self care of patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods A total of 80 patients with DR admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given 4C nursing mode based on mobile terminal.The diabetes self-management behavior score,disease knowledge mastery,quality of life score and blood glucose level were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of diabetes self management behavior,disease knowledge and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glyclated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The 4C nursing model based on mobile terminal can effectively improve the self-management level of patients,improve their home self-care ability,improve their quality of life,and have a positive impact on blood glucose and vision.
