摘　　要：目的探究糖尿病并发宫颈癌放疗患者应用沟通达标理论护理的效果。方法回顾性选取2023年2月—2024年6月泉州市第一医院收治的98例糖尿病并发宫颈癌放疗患者的临床资料,根据护理方法不同分为两组,各49例。对照组实施常规护理模式,观察组实施沟通达标理论护理模式。比较两组血糖水平、生活质量、护理满意度。结果干预前,两组血糖水平、生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组生命质量测定量表评分、满意度量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论糖尿病并发宫颈癌放疗患者应用沟通达标理论护理在改善患者血糖水平、提高生活质量和护理满意度的效果更佳。Objective To explore the effect of communication standard theory nursing in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cervical cancer radiotherapy.Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cervical cancer radiotherapy admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from February 2023 to June 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,49 cases in each group.The control group implemented the routine nursing mode,and the observation group implemented the communication standard theory nursing mode.The blood glucose level,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in blood glucose level and quality of life between the two groups(all P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of quality of life scale and satisfaction scale of cancer patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of communication standard theory nursing in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cervical cancer radiotherapy is more effective in improving blood glucose level,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
