糖尿病急诊留观患者应用舒适护理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病酮症酸中毒急诊留观患者应用舒适护理的价值。方法选取2019年1月—2022年12月莆田市第一医院收治的168例糖尿病酮症酸中毒急诊患者为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同将其分为观察组与对照组,各84例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理。比较两组护理满意度、血糖水平。结果观察组护理满意度及血糖水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论舒适护理对急诊留观糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者有较好的护理效果,可以改善患者的血糖水平,且患者护理满意度高。Objective To explore the value of comfortable nursing for patients with diabetic ketoacidosis in emergency observation.Methods A total of 168 emergency patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to the First Hospital of Putian City from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 84 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comfortable nursing.Comparison of two groups of nursing satisfaction,blood glucose level.Results The nursing satisfaction and blood glucose level of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing has a better nursing effect on the emergency patients with diabetes ketoacidosis,which can improve the blood glucose level of patients,and the patient's satisfaction with nursing is high.
