多学科团队协作治疗和护理对乳腺癌保乳术后康复效果及患者心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究多学科团队协作治疗和护理对乳腺癌保乳术后康复疗效和患者心理状态的影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2023年1月笔者医院收治的82例行乳腺癌保乳术的患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组给予单一学科的治疗与护理,观察组给予多学科协作治疗和护理。统计比较两组患者瘢痕[温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver scar scale,VSS)、北卡罗来纳大学瘢痕量表]、乳房美学效果满意度、生活质量[健康状况调查简表(36-item short form health survey,SF-36)]、睡眠情况[阿森斯失眠量表(Athens insomnia scale,AIS)]、心理状态[焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)]、护理质量评分及护理满意度。结果:术后6个月,观察组瘢痕评分均低于对照组,对乳房美学效果的满意度优于对照组,患者生活质量各评分均优于对照组,患者的睡眠评分及焦虑、抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理质量评分为(96.67±2.31)分,高于对照组的(70.34±1.79)分(P<0.05),在对护理满意度方面,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多学科团队协作治疗和护理对乳腺癌术后康复和患者心理具有积极的影响,有助于促进瘢痕愈合,提高患者对乳房美观的满意度,并能减轻患者焦虑和抑郁程度,改善生活质量,提高患者对护理的满意度,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary team collaborative treatment and nursing on the rehabilitation effect and psychological state of patients with breast cancer after breast-conserving surgery.Methods A total of 82 patients with breast cancer who underwent breast-conserving surgery in the author's hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given single discipline treatment and nursing,while the observation group was given multidisciplinary collaborative treatment and nursing.The scar[Vancouver scar scale(VSS),University of North Carolina scar scale],satisfaction with breast aesthetic effect,quality of life[36-item short form health survey(SF-36)],sleep status[Athens insomnia scale(AIS)],psychological status[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)],nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically compared.Results Six months after the operation,the scar score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the satisfaction with breast aesthetic effect was better than that of the control group,the scores of quality of life of the patients were better than those of the control group,and the sleep score,anxiety and depression scale scores of the patients were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the observation group was(96.67±2.31)points,which was higher than(70.34±1.79)points of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary team collaborative treatment and nursing have a positive effect on postoperative rehabilitation and psychology of patients with breast cancer,which can promote scar healing,improve patients'satisfaction with breast aesthetics,redu
