滋阴养肝方辨证加减联合耳穴压籽治疗女性面部痤疮

摘　　要：目的:探讨滋阴养肝方辨证加减联合耳穴压籽治疗女性面部痤疮的疗效。方法:选取2022年1月-2023年1月笔者医院98例面部痤疮女性患者,随机数字表法分为观察组(n=49)及对照组(n=49),两组均予以西医常规治疗,对照组予以耳穴压籽治疗,观察组在此基础上予以滋阴养肝方辨证加减治疗。观察疗效,并对比两组治疗前、治疗4周后中医证候积分、痤疮严重程度评分、炎性因子、皮肤屏障功能、不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4周后,观察组中医证候及GAGS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4周后,观察组血清TNF-α、IL-8及IL-6均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4周后,观察组角质层含水量较对照组明显升高,经皮水分丢失量、pH值较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:滋阴养肝方辨证加减联合耳穴压籽治疗能提高女性面部痤疮的治疗效果,缓解患者症状,改善皮损情况,调节炎性因子水平,促进皮肤屏障功能恢复,安全性高。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of modified Ziyin Yanggan Decoction combined with auricular point seed pressing in the treatment of females with facial acne.Methods A total of 98 female patients with facial acne were enrolled at Zhangqiu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023.Using the random number table method,patients were divided into an observation group(n=49)and a control group(n=49).The control group received routine Western medicine treatment along with auricular point seed pressing,while the observation group received modified Ziyin Yanggan Decoction in addition to the control group’s treatment.The curative effect was evaluated,and TCM syndrome scores,acne severity(GAGS scores),inflammatory factors,skin barrier function,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after 4 weeks of treatment.Results The overall response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome scores and GAGS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Serum levels of TNF-α,IL-8,and IL-6 in the observation group were also significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the cuticle water content in the observation group was significantly higher,while transdermal water loss and pH were significantly lower compared to the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Ziyin Yanggan Decoction combined with auricular point seed pressing enhances the curative effect in females with facial acne,alleviates symptoms,improves skin lesions,regulates inflammatory factors,and promotes the recovery of skin barrier function,demonstrating high safety.
