摘 要:基于TVR型双轮缘单轮导向系统,研究以质量轻为目标的导向轮在直线和曲线两种工况下均满足强度要求的最优结构。以导向轮的质量轻为优化目标建立目标函数,以其强度及刚度充足作为约束条件来建立数学模型。在MATLAB软件中编写代码并采用SQP和Interior Point算法对所建立的数学模型进行求解。将不同寻优算法得到的导向轮结构参数建立有限元分析模型,并在有限元分析软件Workbench中进行所述工况下的静力学仿真。结果表明,应用Interior Point求解得到的优化参数的导向轮刚度及强度均满足要求,验证了所选取的结构优化参数对导向轮的结构优化是有效的,达到了导向轮轻量化的设计要求。In this article,based on the TVR-typed double-rim single-wheel guide system,efforts are made to explore the guide wheel’s optimal structure,with the goal of lightweight to meet the strength requirements under both straight and curved working conditions.The objective function is worked out with the guide wheel’s lightweight as the optimization objective;the mathematical model is set up with its sufficient strength and rigidity as the constraint conditions.The code is formulated in MAT-LAB;the SQP and Interior Point algorithms are used to solve the mathematical model.The finite-element analytical model is con-structed with the guide wheel’s structure parameters obtained by means of different optimization algorithms,and the statics simu-lation is carried out under the specific working conditions in the finite-element analytical software Workbench.The results show that thanks to the Interior Point algorithm,the guide wheel’s optimized parameters such as rigidity and strength meet the related requirements;it is verified that these parameters which are effective for the guide wheel’s structure optimization ensure a high standard of lightweight design.
