摘 要:为确定关键再制造需求,有效分类和精准识别需求信息,提出一种多源线上信息驱动的用户再制造需求智能分析方法。采用向量空间模型对用户再制造需求信息进行量化表达,形成计算机可识别的向量模型;通过K-Means算法对需求信息进行分类并确定关键再制造需求;采用质量功能展开建立用户需求映射与产品工程特征间关系。以型号CA6136新车床的再制造设计为例,得到再制造需求为易拆解、易功能升级、易再加工及性能好4个方面,并可视化呈现。试验结果表明:该方法能有效提取关键再制造需求信息,为制造商提供产品改进策略。In order to determine key remanufacturing requirements,effectively classify and accurately identify the requirement information,an intelligent analysis method of user remanufacturing requirements was proposed based on multi-source online information.A vector space model was used to quantify the information of user remanufacturing requirements to form a computer-recognizable vector mode.The K-Means algorithm was used to classify the requirement information and identify the key remanufacturing requirements.The relationships between user requirements mapping and product engineering features was established using quality function development.Taking the remanufacturing design of model CA6136 new lathe as an example,the remanufacturing requirements were classified into four aspects and visualized:easy disassembly,easy function upgrade,easy reprocessing and good performance.The experimental results showed that the method could effectively extract the key remanufacturing requirement information and provide product improvement strategies for manufacturers.
