摘  要:为解决副车架内部复杂结构清洁不彻底的问题,对现有副车架清洁系统进行改进设计,采用TRIZ理论对清洁系统进行了功能、理想解及可用资源分析,确定了问题的关键点;采用裁剪、冲突解决理论和物质-场模型等工具对每个问题的关键点进行求解,并对问题所在系统进行改进设计。通过SolidWorks建立改进后的系统模型,并进行了副车架简化模型的内腔流场分析。结果表明,改进后的系统实现了副车架中铝屑和污渍的高效清洁,并提高了系统对于复杂结构的适应性,为未来不同副车架的有效加工解决方案提供了参考。To address issues of incomplete cleaning of complex internal structures in automotive subframes,an improved cleaning system was designed.TRIZ was used to perform function analysis,ideal solution identification,and resources analysis to determine the critical issues.Trimming and conflict resolution theory and matter-field model were adopted to solve the key point of each question.Improvement design was proceeded on the located issues.The redesigned system was established using SolidWorks to perform cavity fluid dynamics analysis of simplified model of subframe.The results showed that the enhanced system not only improved cleaning effectiveness,but also enhanced adaptability to intricate structures.This could provide effective solutions for future processing of various subframes.
