摘  要:为避免风电机组主轴断裂,引发叶轮跌落和扫塔等安全事故,设计了一套主轴止损工装。采用三维软件建立主要部件模型,采用有限元仿真分析软件对主轴断裂时的工装载荷进行评估,通过结构力学计算工装安装后对风机的影响。结果表明:工装的压板、压块和卡环等部件与机舱床板上的应力均未达到屈服强度,不会产生塑性变形,工装结构满足设计要求,且不会对风机产生其他安全性影响。目前,设计研制的工装产品已在150余台某国外品牌的风电机组上得到了应用,有效降低了风机的安全事故风险。In order to avoid safety accidents such as impeller fall and tower sweeping caused by shaft fracture of wind turbine,a set of main shaft stop-lossing tool was designed.3D software was used to establish the main component model.Finite element simulation analysis software was used to evaluate the tool load while main shaft fractured.The impact of the tool installation on the wind turbine was calculated using structural mechanics.The results showed that the stress of the clamping plate,clamping block,clamping ring,and other parts of the tool didn’t reach the yield strength,as well as the stress of the engine bed board.Plastic deformation didn’t occur.The tool structure met the design requirements and didn’t have any other safety impact on the wind turbine.At present,the designed and developed tool have been applied in more than 150 wind turbines of a foreign brand,effectively reducing the risk of wind turbine safety accident.
