摘  要:采用表面涂覆对超高分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维进行抗菌改性。首先,通过氧化自聚合反应在纤维表面形成聚多巴胺涂层(UHMWPE/PDA),然后与壳聚糖(CS)发生希夫碱反应形成壳聚糖涂层(UHMWPE/PDA/CS),进而浸入硝酸银(AgNO_(3))溶液中,借助儿茶酚基与胺基良好的螯合作用和还原能力将Ag+固定在纤维表面并还原为纳米Ag,最终形成Ag@UHMWPE/PDA/CS改性纤维,探索AgNO_(3)浓度对改性纤维抗菌性能的影响并研究其抗菌稳定性。试验结果表明:当AgNO_(3)浓度为0.2mol/L,改性UHMWPE纤维对大肠埃希菌和金黄葡萄球菌的抗菌效果达到最佳,且拉伸强度出现小幅度增加;进一步采用高盐溶液与超声进行处理,改性纤维依然表现出一定的抗菌稳定性。The antibacterial modification of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fiber was conducted by surface coating.First,the oxidative self-polymerization of dopamine occurred on UHMWPE fiber surface,resulting in the formation of a layer of polydopamine(PDA)coating.Then,chitosan(CS)layer was assembled by Schiff base reaction with PDA.Next,the resultant UHMWPE/PDA/CS coating was immersed in silver nitrate(AgNO_(3))solution.Ag+was chelated on the fiber surface and reduced to Ag nanoparticles with the favour of catechol and amine groups.Finally,the Ag@UHMWPE/PDA/CS modified fibers realized via the synergistic effect between Ag nanoparticles and amino group.The influence of AgNO_(3) content on the antibacterial property of modified fibers and the exploration of its antibacterial stability were explored.Results show that when AgNO_(3) content is 0.2 mol/L,the modified fibers exhibit the best antibacterial activity against E.coli and S.aureus.More importantly,the tensile strength of the modified fibers increases slightly.Moreover,the modified fibers retained certain antibacterial property after dealt with high concentration salt solution and ultrasound.
