摘　　要：探讨1K碳纤维织物织造的关键技术。根据三种1K碳纤维的特点,采用不同上浆工艺和织造工艺,分别对三种1K碳纤维进行织造,得到符合要求的1K碳纤维织物。最后,对三种1K碳纤维织物进行测试。结果表明,三种1K碳纤维织物均符合要求。日本1K碳纤维织物经上浆前处理后的织造性能稳定,产品一致性好。国产1K碳纤维织物及不进行上浆前处理工艺的织造还处于小批量试验阶段,在织造中出现的碳纤维起毛、开口不清等问题还需进一步解决。The key technology of 1K carbon fiber fabric weaving was discussed.According to the characteristics of the three kinds of 1K carbon fibers,the three kinds of 1K carbon fibers were woven by different sizing and weaving technology,and the 1K carbon fiber fabrics that meet the requirements were obtained.Finally,three kinds of 1K carbon fiber fabrics were tested.The results show that the three kinds of 1K carbon fiber fabrics meet the requirements.The weaving performance of Japanese 1K carbon fiber fabrics treated with sizing pre-treatment process is stable,and the product consistency is good.The domestic 1K carbon fiber fabric and the weaving without sizing pre-treatment process are still in the small-scale experimental stage,and the problems of carbon fiber fuzzing and unclear opening that occur during weaving still need to be further solved.
