摘　　要：探讨了高密度焊接服面料的织造工艺,通过纱线选择、织物结构设计、整经、浆纱、剑杆织造等具体生产工艺设计,并对生产过程中存在的工艺问题进行优化与改进,提升了生产效率,提高了产品质量,生产出了合格的产品,为此类产品的生产实践提供参考作用。The weaving process of high-efficient and comfortable welding clothing fabric was discussed.Through specific production processes such as yarn selection,fabric structure design,warping,sizing and rapier weaving,the process problems existing in the production process were optimized and improved,the production efficiency was improved,the product quality was improved,and qualified products were produced,which provided a reference for the production practice of such products.
