摘 要:为探索聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维混纺产品的定量分析方法,研究了溶解试剂、试验温度和时间、溶液浓度等因素对试验结果的影响,确定了最优试验条件:溶解试剂为双氧水/氨水混合溶液(体积比2∶1),试验温度为40℃,溶解时间为20min。选择多种聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维与其他纤维混纺产品对试验方案进行验证,结果表明:聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维完全溶解且剩余纤维没有损伤,实测值与理论混纺比的绝对误差小于1%,溶解方案可行。In order to explore the quantitative analysis method of polyacrylonitrile pre-oxidized fiber blended products,the effects of dissolved reagent,test temperature and time,solution concentration and other factors on the test results were studied.The optimal test conditions were determined:the dissolved reagent was hydrogen peroxide/ammonia mixed solution(volume ratio 2∶1),the test temperature was 40℃,and the dissolution time was 20 min.A variety of polyacrylonitrile pre-oxidized fiber and other fiber blended products were selected to verify the test scheme.The results show that the polyacrylonitrile pre-oxidized fiber is completely dissolved and the remaining fiber is not damaged.The absolute error between the measured value and the theoretical blending ratio is less than 1%,so the dissolution scheme is feasible.
