摘  要:聚酯装置的供热一般由热媒站或换热站提供,在传统装置运行情况下,一般热媒站或换热站单独运行并网后进行供热,无法交叉使用。公司年产60万t差别化纤维项目在设计建造时,采用新的结构方式。改进后的热媒站、换热站的供热方式使得热媒站在正常使用时可以将热媒流量先送往换热站,将热媒站与换热站的热媒混合后再并入热媒总管,该供热方式能够保持更稳定的总管温度,实现集中供热系统故障时快速切换,有利于聚酯装置的生产。此外,改进后的供热方式在结构上有了改动,使得热媒站在热备条件下可以减少用热量,节约生产成本。The heating of polyester equipment is generally provided by the heat medium station or heat exchange station,and under the operation of the traditional equipment,the general heat medium station or heat exchange station is heated after being operated separately and connected to the grid,and cannot be used interchangeably.The project with an annual output of 600000 tons differential fiber project of company adopts a new structural method when designing and building.The improved heating mode of the heat medium station and the heat exchange station makes the heat medium station can send the heat medium flow to the heat exchange station first during normal use,and then merge the heat medium station with the heat medium of the heat exchange station and then merge into the heat medium main pipe,which can maintain a more stable main tube temperature to realize rapid switching when the central heating system fails,which is conducive to the production of polyester devices.What's more,the improved heating method has been changed in structure,so that the heat medium station can reduce the heat consumption and save production costs under the condition of heat backup.
