摘 要:为更好地提升聚氨酯发泡材料的应用效果,采用玻璃纤维改良聚氨酯发泡材料,结合隧道工程分析采用玻璃纤维改善聚氨酯发泡材料性能的应用效果,采用室内试验对改性材料的压缩强度和导热性能开展对比分析,获得了最优玻璃纤维掺量。研究结果表明,聚氨酯发泡材料中掺入玻璃纤维后导热性能和力学性能均得到明显提升,其中掺加质量分数6%的玻璃纤维时改良效果达到最佳。In order to better improve the application effect of polyurethane foam materials,glass fiber was used to improve the polyurethane foam material.Combined with tunnel engineering,the application effect of glass fiber to improve the performance of polyurethane foam materials was analyzed,the compressive strength and thermal conductivity of the modified material were compared and analyzed by laboratory test,and the optimal glass fiber content was obtained.The research results show that the thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of polyurethane foam are obviously improved after adding glass fiber,and the improvement effect is the best when adding mass fraction 6% glass fiber.
