摘 要:针对现有建筑景观产品耐久性差的问题,采用玄武岩纤维增强复合材料拉挤型材(BFRP)制备建筑景观产品。根据应用场景需求和材料特性,设计了BFRP景观产品性能指标要求;根据使用场景,设计了通用产品截面,再经最不利情况受力计算,获得最优通用产品截面。采用拉挤工艺、合理的配合比及设计模具,小试生产了玄武岩纤维复合材料建筑景观产品。对所制备产品按设计的力学性能和耐久性能要求进行测试,经测试产品强度较高,有一定的离散性,但强度仍远高于性能指标要求,耐久性优异,为后续BFRP的批量应用奠定了基础。In response to the poor durability of existing architectural landscape products,basalt fiber reinforced composites pultruded profile(BFRP)were used to prepare architectural landscape products.According to the requirements of application scenarios and material characteristics,the performance indicators of BFRP landscape products had been designed.According to the application scenario,the general product section was designed,and then the optical general product section was obtained by the most unfavorable force calculation.A small-scale trial production of basalt fiber composite architectural landscape products was carried out using extrusion technology,reasonable mix proportion and designed molds.The mechanical properties and durability requirements of the prepared products were tested according to the design.After testing,the product has high strength and a certain degree of discreteness,but the strength is still far higher than the performance index requirements,and the durability is excellent,which laying the foundation for the subsequent batch application of BFRP.
