摘　　要：测控装置对于变电站的实时监测和控制有重要作用。分析了测控装置和同步相量测量装置电气回路特征,提出了基于电气回路关联的新型测控技术。从技术经济性出发,提出了新型测控技术应用原则。The measurement and control devices play an important role in real-time monitoring and control of substations.This essay analyzes the characteristics of electrical circuit characteristics of measurement and control devices and synchronous phase measurement devices,and proposes a new type of measurement and control technology based on associated electrical circuit.It puts forward preliminarily the application principle of the technology from the perspective of technical economicity.
