摘 要:炼化企业由于高压供电系统的复杂性和运行环境的多变性,其继电保护定值在实际运行中往往会出现异常,进而影响系统的安全稳定运行,因此提出炼化企业高压供电系统继电保护定值异常诊断方法。首先,对高压供电系统运行数据进行预处理,为继电保护定值的校验提供良好的基础;其次,通过构建完善的逻辑库,对实际场景中的2台关键变压器情况进行分析,实现继电保护定值的校验;最后,总结设计流程,实现继电保护定值的异常诊断。实验结果表明,相较于对比方法,该方法能够更有效并准确地诊断继电保护定值异常情况。High-voltage power supply systems in refining-petrochemical enterprises are complicated and operating under varied conditions,and the tuned value of the systems′relay protections often encounter abnormalities in actual operation,which consequently affects safe and stable operation of the system.Therefore this work made a preliminary attempt to modify the diagnostic method for relay protection tuned value abnormalities.First the operating data of the high-voltage power supply system was preprocessed,providing a good foundation for tuned value checking.Second by constructing a complete logic library and analyzing the situation of two key transformers in actual scenarios,the tuned value checking was achieved.Finally the design process was summarized,and the abnormality diagnosis of relay protection tuning was realized.The experimental results showed that the modified method was superior to selected reference in effectiveness and accuracy when diagnosing abnormal relay tuning.
