摘 要:供应链安全与韧性问题直接关系到新能源汽车产业的可持续发展和国际竞争格局。当前,我国新能源汽车在全球市场份额已达75%,出口量突破120万辆,呈现多元化布局趋势。然而,关键原材料高度依赖进口、核心技术尤其是芯片领域存在短板、地缘政治风险加剧等因素不断影响供应链安全。因此,我国应重塑新能源汽车产业角色、加强多元化原材料布局、加速技术创新、构建多中心供应网。通过政府、行业协会和企业的协同努力,构建一个更加安全、更具韧性的新能源汽车全球供应链体系。这不仅能够增强我国在全球新能源汽车产业中的竞争力,还将为应对未来可能产生的各种挑战奠定坚实基础。The security and resilience of supply chains directly relate to the sustainable development and international competitive landscape of the new energy vehicle(NEV)industry.China's NEVs have captured a 75%global market share,with exports exceeding 1.2 million units,exhibiting a trend of diversified distribution.However,factors such as high dependence on imported key raw materials,shortcomings in core technologies especially in the chip sector,and escalating geopolitical risks significantly impact supply chain security.China should reshape its role in the NEV industry,diversify raw material sources,accelerate technological innovation,and build a multi-center supply network.Through collaborative efforts among the government,industry associations,and enterprises,a safer and more resilient global supply chain system for NEVs can be established.This will not only enhance China's competitiveness in the global NEV industry but also lay a solid foundation for addressing various potential challenges in the future.
