摘　　要：黑龙江省作为对俄贸易的桥头堡,其贸易发展深受基础设施互联互通的影响。近年来,黑龙江省围绕“一带一路”倡议,大力加强跨境基础设施的“硬联通”,极大地提升了贸易通道的通行能力。这些基础设施的完善不仅为黑龙江省与俄罗斯的贸易往来提供了更为便捷的途径,也为对俄贸易合作注入了新的活力。未来,黑龙江省将继续深化与俄罗斯的经贸合作,推动贸易结构的多元化,提高出口产品的技术含量,打造本土品牌,以实现贸易的可持续发展。因此,应继续加大交通基础设施投资力度,充分发挥其在双边贸易中的重要地位;以科学技术为基础,建立黑龙江省和俄罗斯之间的通讯网络。同时,要加大对能源领域的投资力度。As a bridgehead of trade with Russia,Heilongjiang Province's trade development is deeply affected by infrastructure interconnection.In recent years,Heilongjiang Province has vigorously strengthened the"hard connectivity"of cross-border infrastructure around the"Belt and Road"Initiative,which has greatly improved the traffic capacity of trade channels.The improvement of these infrastructure not only provides a more convenient way for Heilongjiang Province to trade with Russia,but also injects new vitality into the trade cooperation with Russia.In the future,Heilongjiang Province will continue to deepen economic and trade cooperation with Russia,promote the diversification of trade structure,improve the technical content of export products,and build local brands to achieve sustainable development of trade.Therefore,the government should continue to increase the investment in transport infrastructure and give full play to its important position in bilateral trade,establish a communication network between Heilongjiang Province and Russia on the basis of science and technology,and increase investment in the energy sector.
