摘　　要：基于2012—2019年CPTPP、RCEP成员国、印度和美国的贸易数据,测度各国在HS-6位编码产品标准协调对双边贸易成本的影响,利用GTAP模型模拟美国加入CPTPP、中国加入CPTPP、印度重返RCEP及中日韩自贸协定签署4个情景,分析标准协调对中国进出口贸易的影响。研究发现,标准协调整体上降低了各国间的贸易成本。在GTAP模型中,以贸易成本为唯一冲击变量,模拟结果显示:美国加入CPTPP对中国经济增长和外贸条件产生负面影响;而中国加入CPTPP、印度重返RCEP及中日韩自贸协定的签署则不同程度上促进中国对外贸易发展,尤其是中国加入CPTPP对其经济增长和贸易影响最大,中日韩自贸协定的促进作用相对较小。Based on the trade data of CPTPP,RCEP member countries,India and the United States from 2012 to 2019,this paper measures the impact of product standard harmonization of HS-6-digit coding in each country on bilateral trade costs.The GTAP model is used to simulate four scenarios,namely,the United States joining CPTPP,China joining CPTPP,India returning to RCEP and the signing of the China-Japan-South Korea Free Trade Agreement,to analyze the impact of standard harmonization on China's import and export trade.The study finds that standard harmonization has generally reduced trade costs among countries.In the GTAP model,with trade cost as the only shock variable,the simulation results show that the United States joining CPTPP has a negative impact on China's economic growth and foreign trade conditions;while China joining CPTPP,India returning to RCEP and the signing of the China-Japan-South Korea Free Trade Agreement promote the development of China's foreign trade to varying degrees.In particular,China joining CPTPP has the greatest impact on its economic growth and trade,and the promoting effect of the China-Japan-South Korea Free Trade Agreement is relatively small.
