摘 要:针对110 kV线路漏电及线路继电保护故障诊断中存在的识别效率低和耗时长等问题,提出了一种基于改进PSO算法的线路继电保护设备故障诊断模型。首先利用PSO算法对110 kV线路漏电故障进行监测,然后利用高斯扰动和最小二乘支持向量对PSO算法进行改进。结果表明,改进PSO算法的故障数据分类准确率为94.76%,分类耗时为2.68 s,均优于对比算法。这说明所构建的诊断模型在110 kV线路漏电及线路继电保护故障诊断中具有较高的准确性和效率。Aiming at addressing low identification efficiency in leakage detection and relay fault diagnosis of 110 kV transmission lines,a modified PSO-based fault diagnosis model for protective relays was proposed in this study.First the PSO algorithm was used to monitor leakage faults in 110 kV transmission lines,and then Gaussian perturbation and least squares support vectors were employed to modify the PSO algorithm.The proposed model with the modified algorithm was indicated by case analysis to achieve a fault data classification accuracy of 94.76%and a classification time consumption of 2.68 s,both of which are superior to the reference method,and thereby highly accurate and efficient in diagnosing leakage and relay faults of 110 kV transmission lines.
