摘  要:以中国石油吉林石化公司化肥厂丁辛醇装置成功实现辛醇提质改造为依托,针对该装置正异丁醛产品质量偏低和辛醇损失偏多的生产瓶颈,从正异构物分离塔、辛醇预精馏塔和重组分分离塔改造难点进行了剖析,在此基础上通过ADV高效塔盘、ADV-TDD悬挂式降液管技术和SP-S高性能填料的使用,一次性实现正丁醛、异丁醛产品质量提升以及降低辛醇物耗目的,进一步提高了装置核心竞争力,为丁辛醇行业正丁醛、异丁醛产品质量提升提供了重要的支撑和参考。Based on the successful transformation of the butanol and octanol unit in the fertilizer plant of Jilin Petrochemical Company of China National Petroleum Corporation,and in response to the production bottleneck of low quality of n-isobutyraldehyde products and excessive octanol loss in the unit,the difficulties in the transformation of the isomer separation tower,octanol pre distillation tower,and heavy fraction separation tower were analyzed.Based on this,the use of ADV high-efficiency tray,ADV-TDD suspended downcomer technology,and SP-S high-performance packing was adopted,The one-time achievement of improving the quality of butyraldehyde and isobutyraldehyde products and reducing octanol consumption further enhances the core competitiveness of the device,providing important support and reference for improving the quality of butyraldehyde and isobutyraldehyde products in the butanol and octanol industry.
