摘 要:丁腈橡胶(NBR)因其优异的性能而被广泛应用,但储存和使用过程中易发生老化。主要总结了影响NBR老化过程的外界因素,包括NBR在液体环境和非液体环境(热氧老化、臭氧老化、应力老化、辐射老化等)的老化,本研究的重点是NBR的物理和力学性能测试。通过讨论的多种因素的耦合作用是未来NBR老化研究的重要方向,后续研究也应重视微观分析。Nitrile rubber(NBR)is widely used due to its excellent properties,but it is prone to aging during storage and use.This article mainly summarizes the external factors that affect the aging process of nBR,including the aging of nBR in liquid and non liquid environments(thermal oxidative aging,ozone aging,stress aging,radiation aging,etc.).The focus of this study is on the physical and mechanical performance testing of nBR.The coupling effect of various factors discussed in this article is an important direction for future research on nBR aging,and subsequent studies should also pay attention to microscopic analysis.
