摘　　要：中国海上边际油田资源量丰富,但是单井产量小、丰度低、储量小、地处偏远,同时受制于海上工程投资大而难以开发。从工程建设、钻井技术、完井技术三个方面论述边际油田开发技术,详述简易独桩井口架技术、移动式采油平台技术、单筒多井钻井技术、水下井口回接工艺、大位移井钻井技术、鱼骨状井钻井技术、单通道完井技术、一井多用完井技术、稠油热采技术等边际油田开发技术原理及应用现状。提出经济因素是边际油田开发最核心的问题,必须根据实际情况,创新工程作业模式、简化钻完井工艺,从管理、工艺、流程等各方面降低作业成本,提高边际油田经济效益。China's offshore marginal oil fields have abundant resources,but the single well production is small,abundance is low,reserves are small,and location is remote.At the same time,they are difficult to develop due to the large investment in offshore engineering.The development technology of marginal oilfield is discussed from three aspects:engineering construction,drilling technology and completion technology.The principles and application status of marginal oilfield development technologies such as simple single pile wellhead platform technology,mobile oil production platform technology,single wellbore multi-well drilling technology,underwater wellhead tie back technology,extended reach well drilling technology,fishbone drilling technology,monobore well completion technology,single well multi-purpose completion technology,heavy oil thermal recovery technology are described in detail.It is pointed out that economic factor is the core problem of marginal oilfield development.It is necessary to innovate the engineering operation mode and simplify the drilling and completion process according to the actual situation,reducing the operation cost from the aspects of management,technology,flow and so on,and improving the marginal oilfield economic benefit.
