天然气驱气窜界限及气窜对策研究

摘  要:由于海上油田储层的非均质性,加之气体较强的突破能力,注气油田产生气窜问题成为必然趋势,因此针对天然气驱存在气窜、注气低效、开发效果差、治理难度大时等问题,本文以涠洲12-1油田涠A段油藏为模拟对象,结合气窜特征分析结果对气窜程度进行分段,明确了气窜发生阶段,通过对气油比变化判别法的基础上,分析气油比变化率,并对其进行了细致量化。研究结果表明:对于非混相气体气窜程度,依据气油比变化率可分为六大阶段(不见气、气相前缘、气相突破、微量产气、气窜阶段、严重气窜),对于易混相气体气窜程度可分为气量稳定、气量稳定上升这两大阶段;对于气窜区块的高效开发可采用油井限产方式控制气窜,扩大平面和纵向波及效果。此划分依据及对策研究可为现场及时采取气窜防控措施、改善混相驱及非混相驱开发效果提供理论基础。Due to the heterogeneity of offshore oil reservoirs and the strong breakthrough ability of gases,the problem of gas breakthrough in gas injection oil fields has become an inevitable trend.Therefore,in response to the problems of gas breakthrough,low gas injection efficiency,poor development effect,and difficult governance in natural gas flooding,this article takes the Wei-A section of the Weizhou 12-1 oil field as the simulation object,and combines the analysis results of gas breakthrough characteristics to segment the degree of gas breakthrough and clarify the stages of gas breakthrough.Based on the gas oil ratio change discrimination method,the gas oil ratio change rate is analyzed and quantified in detail.The research results indicate that the degree of gas breakthrough in non miscible gases can be divided into six stages based on the rate of change of gas oil ratio(no gas,gas front,gas breakthrough,trace gas production,gas breakthrough stage,severe gas breakthrough).For easily miscible gases,the degree of gas breakthrough can be divided into two stages:stable gas volume and stable increase in gas volume;For efficient development of gas breakthrough blocks,oil well production restrictions can be used to control gas breakthrough and expand the horizontal and vertical ripple effects.This division basis and countermeasure research can provide a theoretical basis for timely adoption of gas breakthrough prevention and control measures on site,and improving the development effects of mixed phase and non mixed phase flooding.
