摘　　要：可燃气体检测报警器是一种常用于检测作业环境中烃类、醇类等遇明火会发生燃烧、爆炸的气体的检测装置,在石油化工行业、精细化工行业、制药业、餐饮业等有着广泛的应用。结合可燃气体检测报警器设置的国家规范、标准要求、设备类型、检测气体和典型事故案例,阐述可燃气体检测报警器报警值正确设置的必要性,并以某厂商的修正系数举例说明如何计算正确的报警值。Combustible gas detection alarm is a detection device commonly used to detect gases such as Hydrocarbons,alcohols,etc.that can burn or explode when exposed to open flames in the work environment.It Has a wide range of applications in the petrochemical industry,fine chemical industry,pharmaceutical industry,catering industry,etc.This article combines national regulations,standard requirements,equipment types,gas detection,and typical accident cases for the setting of combustible gas detection alarms to explain the necessity of correctly setting the alarm value of combustible gas detection alarms.It also uses a correction factor from a certain manufacturer as an example to illustrate How to calculate the correct alarm value.
