摘  要:针对老井眼加深钻井过程中的小井眼环空间隙小、泥浆阻力大、上返排量低、煤层易垮塌、泥岩易吸水膨胀等关键技术难点,通过简化钻具组合、强化钻进参数、优选钻井液体系、优化套管选型等技术手段,形成了一套适用于煤层气老井的钻前工艺、井眼轨迹控制技术、裸眼钻进工艺、钻井液技术、固井工艺及井漏预防措施,为气田下一步的效益开发奠定了基础。This article takes the Yanchuannan coalbed Gas Field as an example.In response to the key technical difficulties of small wellbore annulus clearance,high mud resistance,low upward displacement,easy collapse of coal seams,and easy water absorption and expansion of mudstone during the deepening drilling process of old wells,a set of pre drilling technology,wellbore trajectory control technology,open Hole drilling technology,drilling fluid technology,cementing technology,and leakage prevention measures suitable for coalbed methane old wells Have been formed through simplifying drilling tool combinations,strengthening drilling parameters,optimizing drilling fluid systems,optimizing casing selection and other technical means,laying the foundation for the next step of benefit development of the gas field.
