摘　　要：习近平文化思想是建设中华民族现代文明并将之推向人类文明新形态的有力理论法宝和科学行动指南。其在新的历史起点上继续推动文化繁荣,建设文化强国,构建中华民族现代文明的文化使命。文化繁荣的环境是社会主义文化强国的基础,强盛的物质文明只有伴生同等的精神文明才能走向现代化。这条道路上,习近平文化思想创造性地以“两个结合”连亘起“根脉”与“魂脉”,解释了中华文明突出的特性,并为现代化过程中的“体用之辩”指明了方向,在构建中华民族现代文明的过程中展示了不同于西方的现代化方案、不同于资本主义的人民视角、超越区域文明和国族观念的天下观念,像一面旗帜,凝心聚魂、催人奋进,引领中华民族现代文明建设。Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is a powerful theoretical weapon and scientific action guide for constructing the modern civilization of the Chinese nation and pushing it into the new form of human civilization.At the new historical starting point,it continues to promote cultural prosperity,build a cultural power,and construct the cultural mission of modern civilization of the Chinese nation.The environment of cultural prosperity is the foundation of a socialist cultural power,and on this basis,the modern civilization of the Chinese nation is constructed.A strong material civilization can only be modernized when it is accompanied by an equal spiritual civilization.On this road,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture creatively explains the outstanding characteristics of Chinese civilization by connecting the“root and soul”with the“two combinations”and points out the direction for the“debate between body and function”in the process of modernization.And in the process of constructing the modern civilization of the Chinese nation,it shows the modernization program different from the West,a people’s perspective different from capitalism,and the concept of the world transcends regional civilization and national concept.It is like a flag,gathering the soul,inspiring people and leading the construction of modern civilization of the Chinese nation.
