习近平共同富裕观的时代意蕴、理念创新与实践伟力

摘　　要：实现共同富裕是中国共产党一以贯之的奋斗目标,也是一个具有普遍性的世界难题。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚持“两个结合”,在传承马克思主义共同富裕理论、激活中华优秀传统文化“富民厚生”基因、赓续中国共产党人对共同富裕探索的基础上,创造性地将世界现代化理论、“改造两个世界”原理,以及系统思维和辩证思维运用到推动共同富裕的理论与实践中,形成了习近平共同富裕观。将全体人民共同富裕与我国社会的主要矛盾、中国式现代化道路、党的自我革命与社会革命等贯通起来,提出共同富裕总思路,系统规划共同富裕实践;建设共同富裕示范区,积累典型经验;从生产领域入手,以新质生产力助力共同富裕;推进党的自我革命,以一体推进“三不腐”保障共同富裕,是习近平共同富裕观的鲜明特征。Achieving common prosperity for all is the consistent goal of the Communist Party of China,and also a universal world problem.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has adhered to the"two combinations",on the basis of inheriting the Marxist theory of common prosperity,activating"enriching the people and improving people's well-being"gene of the fine Chinese traditional culture,and continuing the exploration of common prosperity by the Chinese Communists,has creatively applied the theory of world modernization,the principle of"transforming two worlds",systematic thinking and dialectical thinking to the theory and practice of promoting common prosperity,thus forming the Xi Jinping’s concept of common prosperity for all.It integrates the common prosperity of all people with the principal contradiction facing Chinese society,the Chinese modernization path,and the Party's self-revolution and social revolution,puts forward the general idea of common prosperity and systematically plans the practice of common prosperity;builds demonstration zones of common prosperity and accumulates typical experiences;starts from the production field and promotes the common prosperity with the new quality productive forces;and promotes the Party's self-revolution to guarantee common prosperity by promoting the"three non-corruptions"in a combination of measures.These are the concentrated manifestations of Xi Jinping's innovative contributions to the concept of common prosperity for all.
