阻燃纳米硅镁石/玻纤增强PA6复合材料的制备及其性能研究

摘  要:采用十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPE)、无机纳米硅镁石(FS21)、三氧化二锑(Sb_(2)O_(3))和玻璃纤维对尼龙6(PA6)进行阻燃增强改性,制备了阻燃纳米硅镁石/玻纤增强PA6复合材料,研究了FS21对复合材料阻燃性能、热稳定性、力学性能和加工性能的影响。结果表明:随着FS21含量的增加,复合材料的阻燃性能先提升后降低;FS21含量从0%提高到2%(wt,质量分数,下同)时,样条垂直燃烧总时间从42.1s缩短到19.2s,当FS21含量超过2.4%后复合材料阻燃等级由V0降低至V2;复合材料的极限氧指数随着FS21含量的提高呈线性下降;FS21会影响复合材料的力学性能和加工性能。A series of flame-retardant nano-silica magnesite/fiberglass-reinforced PA6 composites were prepared using decabromodiphenyl ethane(DBDPE),inorganic nano-silica magnesite(FS21),antimony trioxide(Sb_(2)O_(3))and glass fiber(GF)for the flame-retardant enhancement modification of nylon 6(PA6).The effects of FS21 content on the flame retardancy,thermal stability,mechanical properties and processing properties of the composites were studied.The results showed that with the increase of FS21 content,the flame retardancy of the composites first improved and then decreased.When the FS21 content was increased from 0%to 2%(wt,mass fraction,the same below),the total vertical combustion time of the sample was shortened from 42.1s to 19.2s.When the FS21 content exceeded 2.4%,the flame retardancy grade of the composite dropped from V0 to V2.The LOI of the composite decreased linearly with the increase of FS21 content.The introduction of FS21 affected the mechanical properties and processing properties of the composites.
