摘 要:采用纳米纤维聚苯胺(PANI)作为导电填料,聚乙烯醇(PVA)/琼脂糖(AG)双网络水凝胶作为柔性基底,乳酸钠溶液(SL)作为保湿剂,制备了一种新型的具有保湿功能的PANI/PVA/AG-SL导电水凝胶。结果表明:浸泡SL溶液15min可以有效地改善水凝胶的保湿性能。25℃的干燥环境下,水凝胶在经历72h后自身质量仍可保持在原来的85%左右。而在50℃和60℃的高温环境下,24h后自身质量仍可保持在原来的42%和46%左右。其保湿性均大于未浸泡SL溶液的水凝胶。浸泡SL溶液会对水凝胶的电化学储能性能产生影响,浸泡5min、10min、15min后水凝胶电极材料的比电容从225mF/cm^(2)分别下降到了212.5mF/cm^(2)、195mF/cm^(2)、150mF/cm^(2)。与此同时,水凝胶的最大可承受应力分别从原本的105.4kPa提升到212.4kPa、341kPa和541.6kPa,水凝胶的机械性能得到很大提升。该水凝胶可为改善导电水凝胶在应用过程中保湿性能差的现象提供参考。A new type of conductive hydrogel PANI/PVA/AG-SL with moisturizing function was prepared by using nanofiber polyaniline(PANI)as the conductive filler,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)/agarose(AG)dual-network hydrogel as the flexible substrate,and sodium lactate solution(SL)as the moisturizer.The experimental results showed that soaking the hydrogel in SL solution for 15 minutes could effectively improve its moisturizing properties.In a dry environment of 25℃,the hydrogel could still maintain about 85%of its original weight after 72 hours.In the high temperature environment of 50℃and 60℃,its own weight could still be maintained at about 42%and 46%of the original weight after 24 hours,respectively.The moisture retention was greater than that of the hydrogel not soaked in SL solution.Soaking SL solution affected the electrochemical energy storage performance of the hydrogel.After soaking for 5 minutes,10 minutes and 15 minutes,the specific capacitance of the hydrogel electrode material decreased from^(2)25mF/cm^(2) to 212.5mF/cm^(2),195mF/cm^(2) and 150mF/cm^(2),respectively.At the same time,the maximum tolerable stress of the hydrogel was increased from the original 105.4kPa to 212.4kPa,341kPa and 541.6kPa,respectively,and the mechanical properties of the hydrogel were greatly improved.This study can provide a reference for improving the poor moisturizing performance of conductive hydrogels during application.
