摘 要:采用传统高温固相反应法合成一系列Na_(4)CaSi_(3)O_(9)∶Tm^(3+),Dy^(3+)荧光粉,对样品进行X射线衍射(XRD)测试,分析了漫反射光谱和荧光光谱特性,通过调配掺杂离子浓度可以实现发光颜色的可调谐。结果表明:Na_(4)CaSi_(3)O_(9)∶0.05Dy^(3+)在349nm近紫外光激发下表现出黄光发射,色坐标为(0.4412,0.413),共掺杂样品Na_(4)CaSi_(3)O_(9)∶0.02Tm^(3+),y Dy^(3+)在357nm和351nm激发下表现出冷白、白色、暖白这3种色调,相关色温分别为6854K、5481K、3783K。因此,该荧光粉具有应用于白光LED发光材料的潜力。A series of Na_(4)CaSi_(3)O_(9)∶Tm,Dy^(3+)phosphors were synthesized by traditional high temperature solid state reaction method.The samples were characterized by XRD,diffuse reflection spectrum and fluorescent spectra.The tunable color was achieved by tuning the dopant ion concentration.The results showed that Na_(4)CaSi_(3)O_(9)∶Dy^(3+)exhibited yellow light emission under the excitation of 349nm near ultraviolet light,with a color coordinate(0.4412,0.413).The co-doped samples Na_(4)CaSi_(3)O_(9)∶0.02Tm^(3+),y Dy^(3+)exhibited cold white,white and warm white under the excitation of 357nm and 351nm,and the relevant color temperatures were 6854K,5481K and 3783K,respectively.Therefore,the phosphors can be potentially used as luminescent material for W-LEDs.
