基于纳米TiO_(2)的Co(Ⅱ)离子印迹聚合物的制备及其性能研究

摘  要:采用表面离子印迹技术,以Co(Ⅱ)离子为模板离子,双(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)次膦酸(Cyanex272)为配体,α-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,纳米TiO_(2)为载体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,制备了21种Co(Ⅱ)离子印迹聚合物[Co(Ⅱ)-IIP_(1-21)@TiO_(2)]和相应的非印迹聚合物(NIP_(1-21)@TiO_(2))。通过对印迹条件进行优化,得到最佳条件下制备的Co(Ⅱ)-IIP_(3)@TiO_(2)其吸附量为158.70mg/g,印迹因子为2.35。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、氮气吸附-脱附实验和扫描电子显微镜对Co(Ⅱ)-IIP_(3)@TiO_(2)和NIP_(3)@TiO_(2)的表面形态和内部结构进行表征;结合等温吸附和动力学吸附实验,对Co(Ⅱ)-IIP_(3)@TiO_(2)的吸附行为进行分析。结果表明:Co(Ⅱ)-IIP_(3)@TiO_(2)对Co(Ⅱ)离子的吸附以准二级动力学过程为主,符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,属于单分子层化学吸附。21 kinds of Co(Ⅱ)ion-imprinted polymers[Co(Ⅱ)-IIP_(1-21)@TiO_(2)]and the corresponding non-imprinted polymers(NIP_(1-21)@TiO_(2))were synthesized by surface ion-imprinting technique,using Co(Ⅱ)ions as template ions,bis(2,4,4-trimethylpentyl)hypophosphite(Cyanex272)as a ligand,α-methyl methacrylate(MAA)as a functional monomer,nano-TiO_(2) as a carrier,and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)as a cross-linking agent.The imprinting conditions were optimized,resulting in Co(Ⅱ)-IIP_(3)@TiO_(2) prepared under the optimal conditions with an adsorption amount of 158.70mg/g and an imprinting factor of 2.35.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),nitrogen adsorption/desorption experiments(BET)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were used to characterize the surface morphology and internal structure of Co(Ⅱ)-IIP_(3)@TiO_(2) and NIP_(3)@TiO_(2).Combining with isothermal adsorption and kinetic adsorption experiments,the adsorption behaviors of Co(Ⅱ)-IIP_(3)@TiO_(2) were analyzed,and the results showed that the adsorption of Co(Ⅱ)-IIP_(3)@TiO_(2) for Co(Ⅱ)ions was dominated by quasi-secondary kinetic processes,which was consistent with the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model,and belonged to the monomolecular layer chemisorption.
